Real model, real set — the wardrobe finished afterward. A single studio sitting built around four distinct hair and makeup transformations, styled and applied on the day by Astrid. Two looks have gone through to a finished digital garment; two are shown here as they were shot, still in progress.
Every frame in this playbook started the same way: a real model, on a real set, under real light. What changes look to look is what happens afterward — for two of the four, the garment itself was finished digitally once the shoot wrapped, rather than dressed and shot in camera. The other two are presented here exactly as captured, waiting on that same treatment.
A waved gold updo and gilt eyewash against a warmed, storm-lit interior. The dress on set was a plain gold wrap — the lace, drape and texture in the final frame were built digitally once the plate was chosen.

Ice-blue wig work with a feathered undercut, shot against a printed hexagon backdrop on set. The backdrop and lighting are untouched from capture — only the garment was replaced, from a plain wrap to the structured piece seen here.

A pink curled wig and feather trim against a hand-lettered neon-red set piece. Captured and reviewed on set; no digital wardrobe pass has been applied yet.

A sculpted black updo with a graphic yellow eye, shot across two backdrop tests — a warm plain field and a printed graphic set. Also still to receive its finished wardrobe pass.

This playbook will update in place as Gold and Blue are joined by finished versions of Pink and Noir — same model, same sitting, four very different endpoints.
One sitting, four complete transformations — hair and makeup doing the work of four separate shoots.
Astrid's wig and makeup work is the throughline across every look — the constant against which the digital wardrobe work is judged.
Model, set, lighting and backdrop are all real and unedited in every frame. Only the garments in the two finished looks were completed digitally, after the shoot.
